Filomena's Father, Pasquale
(Patsy) D'Amore, owned the famed Villa Capri in Hollywood in the Golden
Age of Cinema. Frank Sinatra, Joe Dimaggio, Marilyn Monroe, James Dean,
Dean Martin, etc. were all regular guests. It was such an integral part
of Hollywood history that there is even a display about the restaurant
at the new Disney's California Adventure park in Anaheim.
